LandGlass Cyclone A2460U convection tempering line — 120 heating zones (60 top / 60 bottom) with Cyclone convection technology. Tempers clear, tinted, patterned, silk-screen and Low-E glass (E ≥ 0.01). Energy use ≤3.6 kWh/m² on 5 mm glass, 17–20 batches/hour, quality to EN 12150-1 and ANSI Z97.1, finished-product rate ≥99%. Installed in 4–5 weeks with 1 week of operator training by MPT engineers.
