TechWin TWQX-series horizontal glass washing machine — built to wash a wide range of glass: architectural, shower, coated, automotive and electronic. Rollers are made in-house on 3 mm seamless tube shafts and polished twice after vulcanising to eliminate vibration and keep transport steady; 40% rubber content gives the elasticity and service life a production line needs. The washer links by PLC to edging machines from other suppliers — transport on/off, speed and thickness can all be driven from the edger with a single button — and loading/unloading runs hands-off once parameters are set.
